Delete your account

You can ask us to delete a Family Out Loud account and the saved playlists, downloads, and help messages tied to it.

How to request deletion

1. Sign in if you can.
2. Send a help request that says “Please delete my account.”
3. We confirm inside your account, then remove the account data we store.
